Thank you for choosing to engage with App Echelon Limited. Please note that this is a subscription service that automatically renews. Kindly review these Terms of Use carefully, especially Section 5 concerning «Subscription Fees and Payment,» before starting a free trial or completing a purchase for any auto-renewing subscription service («App»). You must actively cancel a subscription or free trial to avoid being charged, through your app store’s account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
For assistance in canceling subscriptions or free trials, please refer to the store from which you purchased the App. Simply deleting the App does not cancel subscriptions or free trials.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1. These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your use of the App and content («Content») provided by App Echelon Limited (referred to as «we,» «us,» or «our»). By accessing the App or any associated services («Service»), you agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement.
1.2. Please review our Privacy Policy and Billing Terms, which form part of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will take effect upon updating the «Last Updated» date.
1.3. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App or any associated services.
2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
2.1. App Echelon Limited does not offer medical advice or healthcare services. The App is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.
2.2. Before using the Service, consult with a healthcare professional to assess if it is suitable for you. Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and we disclaim any liability related to its use.
2.3. The Service should not be accessed or used against medical advice, and you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being when using the Service.

5. SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND PAYMENT
5.1. While the App may be free to download, some features require a paid subscription. Fees are collected by the app stores and may vary.
5.2. Subscription details and costs are outlined in the Billing Terms, available within the App. Prices may change, and we will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
5.3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal to avoid charges. Refunds are governed by the app store policies.
5.4. Free trials may be offered but must be canceled before the trial ends to avoid charges. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any free trial offers at any time.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS
6.1. By using the Service, you confirm that you:

— Will not engage in illegal or unauthorized activities.
